• Delivery time frame is 2-3 working days upon order placement.
• Delivery hours are from 10am to 6pm, operating from Monday to Friday.
• A flat delivery fee of S$10 is applicable for orders below S$100 before GST.
• A flat delivery fee of S$15 is applicable for orders requiring urgent deliveries, kindly select 'Express Delivery' option upon check out, your order would be delivered on the next working day.
• Orders placed after 5pm would be processed the following day, therein the delivery time frame would be delayed by a day.

• Due to factory production, measurements could be off by +/- 1 to 2 mm.
• The longevity of PaperPOS thermal rolls is dependent on appropriate storage. The rolls are to be kept away from direct sunlight (UV Rays) and heat. An ideal storage condition is a dark place to maximise shelf life.
